This Privacy Policy describes how the RNB EU Sport mobile application (the “App”) handles information. Our guiding principle is simple: we do not collect, store, or share any personal data.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not collect any personal information. It does not require registration, does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, or any other identifying information, and does not contain any analytics or advertising SDKs.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

All App data is stored locally on your device only. This includes:

• Your learning progress, quiz scores, and arcade game results;
• App preferences such as sound and haptic settings;
• A cache of educational articles so content is available offline.

This data never leaves your device, is not accessible to us, and is deleted when you uninstall the App.

3. Network Access

The App downloads publicly available educational content about American football in Europe from the Wikipedia REST API (operated by the Wikimedia Foundation). These requests do not include any personal information about you. Wikimedia's own privacy practices are described in the Wikimedia Privacy Policy. If no connection is available, the App uses bundled offline content.

4. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or social media services.

5. Children's Privacy

The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction).

6. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Because we do not collect or process any personal data, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, export, or delete. All data the App creates lives solely on your device and is under your control.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
